Insurance and Financing
We understand that any periodontal work that you have done is an investment in your smile and your quality of life. Our front office team will help you obtain the maximum benefits available through your dental insurance plans. We are a participating provider for Delta Dental and Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and our office works with all dental insurance carriers with out-of-network benefits. Additionally, to make the total cost of treatment more affordable on any budget, we offer CareCredit℠ patient financing. This program works just like a credit card that is available for medical and dental procedures, and has low interest rates with flexible repayment terms. Our administrative team will be happy to assist you with any insurance or financing information.
Payment Options
Financial options are discussed during the initial visit. Dr. Samuel and his staff are committed to providing excellent dental care and will guide patients in choosing the best payment option for their individual needs. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Treatment Financing
We work with CareCredit Health Care Financing to help our patients obtain the treatment they need by extending payments to fit many budgets.
Dental Insurance
We work with all dental insurance companies by doing everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. As a courtesy, our office will complete and submit your insurance forms to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which your entitled. We are a participating provider for:
- Delta Dental of NJ Plan's Premier Policy
- Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NJ's Traditional Plan
We can still assist you if you have other insurance plans.
Please understand that your insurance is a contract between your employer and a dental insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company and not our dental office.
The goal of most dental insurance policies is to provide only basic care for specific dental services. The benefits that you receive from the dental insurance company for your current insurance plan have nothing to do with you achieving a high-quality, complete result.
Your benefits are decided between your employer and the insurance company. Many needed services may not be covered. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred. We urge to you to read the policy so that you are fully aware of coverage and any limitations of the benefits provided. Our staff will be happy to assist you with any insurance matter.
